Logic projects gone after updating macOS.

My daughter upgraded my operating system without asking and now all my logic projects are GONE - is thee a way to retrieve them?

Finding Software instruments I accidentally moved some files to a backup drive and now Logic won't find the software instruments. Can I reinstall Logic and if so how? It is version 10.6.3. My Mac won't support more recent versions.

Logic Pro X won't show "Recent" projects For a while now, when I open up Logic Pro X, it won't show any of my recent projects in the menu. I have to manually search for the files to open them. It's not a terrible hassle, but since getting busier in my studio I've had to do this more and more, so it's become a nuisance. Any ideas how to fix it? Specs: Mac Mini M1 macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81) Logic Pro X 11.0.1

It's very unlikely that the Logic projects are gone after an update unless you did format your hard drive.

The projects should be on the same location than before. However, you can retrieve deleted files from a backup.
