Apple Pay not working with some terminals

Hi! I noticed a very annoying problem while using Apple Pay.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I use ApplePay on everyday payments, almost half of them are not working.

I wake up the card from wallet as usual, put it on the terminal and nothing happens, like there was not terminal at all. My blind guess is that problem only occurs with Verifone terminals, but not very sure. Sometimes the same terminals are working, something they don't. Anyone else had this problem? I worry that I have to return iPhone to service :(
