How to disable Assistive Touch on my iPhone?

How do I get rid of a black and grey circle on my screen, when I press it this comes up. I’ve tried assistive touch but that isn’t set up

Hello Edel24, It looks like you do have AssistiveTouch engaged. To get rid of the AssistiveTouch and Black & Grey Circle you see on your screen simple turn off AssistiveTouch in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > OFF
