Yes Apple does not allow the Apple Card to sync with Quicken for reasons known only to Apple. Goldman Sachs Bank manages the Apple Card. The other card Goldman Sachs Bank manages is the GM Mastercard and it DOES work with Quicken. Quicken users have been asking for Apple to support Quicken since day one to no avail.
Bottom line, Quicken can do nothing until Apple decides to allow access to its Apple Card. Your only option, as Jeff Donald points out, is to export your Apple Card statements in a format that you can MANUALLY import into Quicken.
How do I know this? Because I have been hounding Apple with Feedback for a long time now and Quicken support has confirmed to me that they are ready to support the Apple Card if/when Apple decides to allow it.
If enough users either don’ use, cancel, or never order the card and inform Apple of their reason perhaps things will change. However, Apple has released a new framework called FinanceKit which allows developers (i.e. Quicken) to access the Apple Card. Who knows what is going on in the software labs between Quicken/Apple. One can only hope.

Thanks! Unfortunately this means I don't expect to use this card. If I'd checked before I probably wouldn't have gotten it. Oh well. Hopefully this will change in the future.
