I have subscribed to Apple Developer Program and its been 5 days and still I am seeing the not eligible error message while login to developer account

Hi Team,

I have subscribed to Apple developer individual program and the payment is success and the subscription is added to my account.

I am trying to access the developer account but I am getting the error as "Your Apple ID is not eligible to use this application at this time." so I am not sure what is the issue and even I didn't get the subscription confirmation email.

Kindly help me this issue to proceed to access my developer account.
