Complaint Regarding Manufacturing Defect in iPhone and Unreasonable Repair Charges
Dear Apple Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a manufacturing defect in my iPhone, which is now out of insurance coverage. I purchased my iPhone [iphone12 and serial numberFFMDGJ3E0F11] have been a loyal customer.
When I initially bought the iPhone, it was already broken and malfunctioning. However, Apple replaced it under warranty after just one month. I appreciated the prompt resolution at that time.
Unfortunately, my replacement iPhone has now developed a significant manufacturing defect. I was recently informed by Apple Support that I would have to pay 22,000Le for the repair, which I find unreasonable. This defect is clearly a result of the manufacturing process and not my fault.
I kindly request that Apple reconsider the repair charge and provide a fair solution. Given that the original iPhone was already defective and replaced, it is disheartening to encounter another manufacturing issue so soon. I believe Apple should take responsibility for defects that occur during the manufacturing process, even if they are discovered after the insurance period has expired.
Please arrange for an inspection of my iPhone by an Apple technician to verify the manufacturing defect. If confirmed, I request that Apple covers the repair costs or provides an alternative solution that is fair and reasonable.
I trust in Apple's commitment to customer satisfaction and hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
