Network provider lock - SIM RESTRICTIONS

Heyy All, I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max 1,5 years ago in an official Apple Store with no network provider. The insurance company gave me a new phone via Apple, I signed up for Apple care+. I realised in settings, there is sim restrictions in “network provider lock” BUT! i can use it with multiple sim, one of switzerland and one of hungary. So it shouldnt be locked. Is there any idea what should it be? What happened? Im so confused.

SIM-locked iPhone 15 Pro Max with 2265 Retail EasyPay Device Policy I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max (LL/A version) from an online seller. When I received the phone, I didn’t check whether it was locked or unlocked since I was already using another phone. However, after a month or two, I checked and found that it is SIM-locked. Upon further investigation, the SIM carrier shows ‘2265 Retail EasyPay Device Policy.’ Unfortunately, I’m unable to contact the seller at the moment. Could you please help me unlock this network?
