upload video files from DJI drone

Hi, can't uplad videos to icloud via PC (Windows). Theses are video recordings from my DJI drone. It is not an issue of icloud space - there 's more than enough for this task. When I try manually to import specific file system provides and excuse that file size must be below 100 MB. I can't find any preferences/settings on Windows icloud app to change this. Also nothing on iPhone. Please advise.

How to upload video's into iCloud? Hi, I have some older videos taken with a handheld camera. They are stored on an external hdd as mp3. When dragging&dropping them into the photo app it keeps referring to the original file (and hence when deleting that file, it is also deleted from all the machines). And I can't upload them using iCloud.com. How should I tackle this? Thanks

can't download video's from the cloud The video's I imported from an Iphone tot the Icloud with a USB cable on the Imac, I can't download from the cloud on my Imac (desktop) for CapCut, only the imported photos. The previous videos from the cloud is no problem. The video's are all playable on the Icloud, but I can't take them anywhere.
