Find My, iCloud says its off but iPhone says its on

I recently changed my iCloud password and told it to sign out all devices when I did that. Since then things have not been acting properly. For instance when I signed into iCloud on my MacBook Air as a fresh install, I never got an Apple ID Verification Code pop up on my other Mac or iPhone. Both my iPhone and Mac show on the Mac in my settings that they are trusted devices and can receive verification codes.

Also when I log into iCloud in Safari on the web it shows my iPhone as having Find My set to off but on my iPhone it is set to ON. Since I changed my password nothing seems to be correct. I signed out of iCloud on all my devices and signed in with the new password. I don't know how to fix these issues.

I was able to fix this by turning off find my on my phone and then signing out of iCloud. Shutting down the phone and turning it back on then signing back into iCloud. Then turning on find my and it shows find my is finally on now on iCloud's website. So all is fixed now.
