iPhone 12 Pro sound (mic) problem

Distorted call sound and interruption in whatapp and phone calls, noise and video from the rear camera (rear speaker) and in voice memos from the lower speaker. What is this hardware fault? Sorry Google translator. Iphone after replacing the battery.
