How do I unlock my iPhone if I can't swipe up?

Please help me, my iPhone 13 has locked the screen, maybe it's frozen I don't know. I cannot swipe to unlock the screen. It started after the battery was empty and I put it on charger while there was no electricity we were on load shedding. When the electricity came back it started charging, just after 36% when I try opening it, awaaaa it couldn't allow me to swipe it to unlock the screen.

Try a forced restart. First take off any case. Then:

Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears, release the side button. Restart an unresponsive iPhone - Apple Support
