2024 Kona wireless Apple Car Play disconnect / glitches

Just purchased new Hyundai and I have an Apple X IPhone.

between the wireless charging and the CarPlay, my phone heats RIGHT UP and battery has drained. I think this is when the CarPlay disconnects then reconnects, which continues up to my destination.

it becomes a real issue if I’m relying on the navigation, or I’m on a call.

I was thinking the problem was my phone - but there is so many others experiencing same problem. My phone battery has good health.

siri also doesn’t respond well to voice commends.

Iv taken to disabling the CarPlay.

pretty poor form from Apple!

surely 2024 they should be able get this sorted, it’s not like it’s new technology!
