I have canceled all my subscriptions but my region is not changing

I want to remove my active subscription I have already canceled the subscription but it’s still active it will expire in 7 April and now my applications need update and am not in the same region I need to stop that subscription before I can change region so I need help to remove the subscription

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
