my iphone 15 keeps going to grey scale

For no reason I will pick up my iPhone 15 pro and it will be on grey scale mode! And it’s a big pain in my *** to have to go in to re fix it before I can do whatever I need to do. Do I need to return the phone only a couple months old

Occasional gray screen on my Iphone 15 Pro. Occasional, my Iphone 15 pro screen will just fade to gray for no reason and then restore back to the original after a second or two. I have no clue why this happens or if it’s because some setting is turned on that I’m not aware about. I’ve realized that it occurs when something bright is being shown or flashed on the screen. It’s not frequent but it can happen consecutively at times and I don’t know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

How to fix iOS 15.1 turns grey screen On my iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1 the screen turned completely on a grey scale. I have checked in Settings if greyscale is activated but it is not, I did also a hard reset but nothing. What has happened? How to restore the colors without installing any third-party software?
