Logic Pro X is cutting out audio tracks when using thirdy party plugins

I read some other people had this issue, but actually, I cannot find any solution. I bought the last Logic Pro version (march 2024) and I have a MAC mini 8GB M1 2023. (No system overload or CPU stress, I verified).

In a very small logic project with just one audio voice track, everything sounds good by the recording, but if I try to apply any non-native plugin (for example for noise cancellation Clarity Vx by Waves but it also happens with other plugins, not only by Waves) I got some cut off of the track, in some specific points of the main timeline.

The weird thing is that if I try to move the audio track along the logic project timeline, the cutout part changes, it's always related to the same section of the main timeline. ( I mean if the cutout part is between 0:05 and 0:06 doesn't matter which part of the audio track is on that, I always get the cutout in that position, and this happens in 4/5 positions along the entire project timeline...)

I'm getting crazy, really hope someone could help.

I tried to change the buffer size and a lot of different settings but nothing to do.

For the ones that could have the same issue, I solved it... it was very easy... I wrote the Waves support, they said it is expected and it is the default behavior for "demo" plugins... I was like "what..?" I thought the demo version, since it's already limited to 14 days, was full functionality, but it's not... so I bought the plugins and everything works fine.

when you say "cut out" do you mean the sound turns off? Like muting? If so. you probably have an automation on the track. Not the region. Which is why when you move the track the cut out moves with it.

type A to show your automations. And click the blue button above the automation if it says track. It will change to Region and you might find a mute automation there. Delete the automation.

And don't forget to type A again to hide the automations so you can edit things again.
