Camera access not working

I’ve been trying to get into my snapchat for days now, I can get into tiktok and insta but everytime i go to the create a post or selfie button it won’t let me because it says this app needs camera access so i go to settings, snap, and there’s no option for me to turn on my camera like there is for everyone else?
