eSIM is not deleting at all

Hi. I have a problem. I made eSIM for my iPhone 12, not with the latest 17.4. About a month or so ago I added eSIM from my country provider. It worked for few days, then stopped working showing no service at first, then no sim. I texted to provider and they started to help me, but connection suddenly appeared. Then eSIM worked for few hours maybe even day, I didn’t follow and track for how long my phone works. Then it again shut down and since then shows no sim. I again went to provider, they started to explain me what to do, including resetting network setting (killed also my regular sim, but I was able to fix it and get at least my regular sim), deleting eSIM (tried few times, didn’t work, it just showing waiting mode circle and nothing happens), tried delete all eSIM in reset (same thing with delete eSIM in SIM card settings). I got desperate and again made delete eSIM. Week or so has past and today I wanted to get back to this freaking problem and waiting circle still was spinning, had to reset network again at least to understand if it’s finally deleted or not. Help! How to delete this cursed eSIM completely? Provider can’t help, because they don’t have any problem on their side. This eSIM behaves like a virus and not letting me to remove it from my phone.

It's important to note that deleting the eSIM won't cancel your mobile plan with your provider. You'll need to contact them separately to cancel the plan if needed.

As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your iPhone. This will erase all data and settings on your device, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.

To factory reset your iPhone, Please see the pic below

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone. Do one of the following: Prepare your content and settings to transfer to a new iPhone: Tap Get Started, then follow the onscreen instructions. When you finish, return to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone, then tap Erase All Content and Settings.

Regarding your data…

If you have an iCloud or iTunes latest backup, then there is nothing to worry about. Just restore from it, else...
If You have synced your data to iCloud, then what you will get back is what you have synced to iCloud and uploaded to iCloud Drive;
1. The information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail*, Notes, Voice Memos, Messages*, shared photos, iCloud Photos*, Health data*, call history*, and files* you store in iCloud Drive.
2. *-If you had turned on Messages in iCloud, iCloud Photos, Mail, Health data, call history under iCloud, and files you store in iCloud Drive your content is automatically stored in iCloud and is available on all devices that use the same Apple ID
You have imported your Photos & Videos to Mac/PC then they are safely residing there on Mac/PC
You have uploaded some of it to Cloud Drives using the Files app (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc). The data remains there.
If you have not backed up or do not have the latest backup, nor imported nor you have synced or uploaded your data to cloud drives prior to the situation that you are in, then I am sorry, all your data is lost.
