It's been 3 months since I purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max, so far in just 3 months the battery health of the iPhone has gone down by 5%. I am very angry and upset too

iPhone 14 Pro Max
Apple discontinued iPhone 14 Pro Max last September and it was introduced in 2022. Who did you purchase the phone from, exactly? It couldn't have been Apple since they stopped selling it 6 months ago.
And Battery Health declines on average from 1 - 2% per month, naturally. It's highly likely your iPhone sat on a shelf somewhere depleting with non-charge, so while it would be more common to have lost 3% in three months, it is NOT unusual to have lost 5% especially if the battery sat in an unopened box for a few months.
Being angry and upset over the normal degradation of Battery Health however, is a waste of emotion. You simply cannot stop battery health decline. When the battery health on your iPhone dips top 80%, which it absolutely will one day, it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery. Until then, it's going to continue to decline. And you can't stop it because its what batteries do. ALL BATTERIES.
