Delete the app and re-download it from the Apple ID you prefer to use.
If you swapped your Apple ID to a newly-created Apple ID without re-loading and transferring your iPhone to your new Apple ID, updates will continue to be an issue, and any iCloud user data associated with “the other” Apple ID will be inaccessible.
The device transfer process to use a new Apple ID is basically this: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If the email address associated with the Apple ID is (was) the issue, switching the email address is commonly preferred, rather than creating a new Apple ID. Switching to a new Apple ID won’t transfer app purchases not subscriptions, and your own iCloud data will require a manual transfer.

Are you referring to an Apple ID associated with Activation Lock?
Or maybe to something else?
One-line responses don’t always provide enough context to build an answer upon, either. Some details, please?

Your question is entirely unrelated to the topic of this thread. Generally speaking, it's more considerate of the original poster to start your own thread. You're also more likely to get help.
But, the short answer is, you can't change it. You either need to go back to using the Apple ID you used when you purchased those apps, or you need to re-purchase them using your new Apple ID.
For more assistance, start your own thread. People will be happy to help.

An Apple ID isn't controlled by a device, a device is controlled by an ID.
Where does lying come in on all this? We clearly need a LOT more information about your situation.
