What resolution to set for LG 32UP83A-W 31.5" display with MacBook Pro M3 Pro!

Can't MacOS display native 4k without killing my eyes?

Running the external monitor with M3 Pro MacBook Pro.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Oh yea, even enabling HDR on [in settings] makes the external monitor look all washed out, so turned it off currently. Any fix for this?
