the fonts style has changed on my iPhone even though I have not downloaded any such app.
it’s changed all across from WhatsApp to sms to notes etc.

The style does not look unusual, it is the size. You can change the size by going into Settings>Display & Brightness>Text Size and you can adjust the slider from there. That will adjust text size for all apps that use dynamic type.
You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you and re-post.
With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard to even guess the problems faced by you.

I don't see a problem there. Looks like the standard font to me. Do you have an example of what you used to see?
the first one is the old style. Standard in rest of the iPhones

Yes these are screenshots shots from iMessage. But this type of font style which is more spaced out is now on WhatsApp and Notes too.
The words are more spaced out and have a different look.
