Universal Control keyboard keeps switching between languages

So I have 2 devices with universal control: iPad and a MacBook with the latest Software Update(macOS Ventura 14.3.1 and iPadOS 17.4). Both have the same keyboard languages which is Thai and English. The keyboard worked fine when they're using in their own device(except that iPad's English letter is misplaced but that's a separated issue) but when I tried to type in iPad using MacBook's physical device, it kept switching between two languages. 

It happened most of the time. But sometimes it'd worked fine until I started switching languages. 

It'd be greatly appreciated if this can be permanently fixed as I can't possibly worked on my iPad using MacBook's physical keyboard, which would make typing a much better experience on iPad, at the moment.
