Hadn’t used the screen mirroring option with my iPhone 13 mini for quite some time, but it worked fine then. Tried it yesterday, and all I got on my tv screen was a QR code for something called ‘goodsleep.com.cn’. I’ve never heard of it, but it’s what I’m stuck with now when I try to mirror my phone on my tv.

Else Plug a Lightning Digital AV Adapter or Lightning to VGA Adapter into the charging port on the bottom of iPhone. Connect an HDMI or VGA cable to the adapter. As I said in my original message, I have done the screen mirroring with the components I have, in the past. Now it gives me a QR code on the screen, and that’s it. By now I know exactly what parts I need, but the more important question is, what’s causing the problem? Is it my Chinese lightning cable, or is there a bug in my tv, or iPhone? I don’t want to spend money to replace what I already have unless I can be sure that the cable is the problem.
