how do I backup everything in my existing iphone 11 and restore it on my new iphone 15 using different apple id

I have my existing iPhone 11 where I was using a family apple ID.

Now, I have a new iPhone 15 where I would like to use a new apple ID and restore everything from my old iPhone11 without losing any data.

Please share the steps to achieve this task

No that is not possible.

Directly restoring a complete backup from an Apple ID to a different Apple ID isn't possible. This is because backups are linked to the specific Apple ID used for the creation.
