How do I get rid of unwanted malware removal popups on my MacBook running macOS Sonoma?

Thanks to a long standing contributor @John Galt  to remove this Malware. 

Optional >>  restart the computer in Safe Mode

Then follow the instructions in link below

About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages
