Intellij Idea shows no windows available after sanonoma 14.4 update

It strange i have reinstalled the app (IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.5,) but still no luck, unclear why all of sudden i am not able to view any windows, is there any logs i can check or any cached files i can delete?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4
