Photo shuffle not changing pictures when I tap

So I made a whole new album to make a photo shuffle for my Lock Screen. So the album is now ready with over 90 pictures. I select photo shuffle on the Lock Screen edit page, attach my brand new album, and then tap “done”. Then I click on the photo on my Lock Screen and it doesn’t do anything! I would just appreciate if you can tell me what to do.

Wallpaper - Photo shuffle not using all photos in album. When I set my wallpaper to photo shuffle and choose an album, it doesn't rotate through all of the photos in there. I tested this by using the album and turning on "change on tap" and tapping through it 50+ times. There are 50 photos in the album but it's only rotating through about 15 of them. The only pattern I can see is that it's using the photos that were in there when I set up the original shuffle, it doesn't seem to be picking up any of the new ones.

iOS photo shuffle won’t save edits I set up the photo shuffle and I have it set to change when the screen is tapped. The shuffle feature works well. Some photos I chose for the shuffle are ‘too big’ so when they show up I can’t see the whole photo. I hold down my finger in the screen and select ‘customize’, then select the photo. I can zoom in to the photo, set it up exactly like I want it, move the photo around on the screen, etc. I get it exactly like I want and press ‘done’. It saves my setting and everything is fine. I go back to the Lock Screen and it looks exactly like I want it The problem: when the photo pops up again on the shuffle, Al the things I changed are gone and the photo looks exactly like it did before I fixed it. I’ve done this several times on the same photo, and several times on many different photos, so it’s not an issue with the photo itself. I’ve tried turning the phone off and back on again to no avail. I have not rest the phone because I really don’t want to have to set my whole phone up again… can anyone help me? The photo shuffle feature is so cool, but it’s useless if I can’t get it to save the changes I make. thanks!

Lock Screen photo shuffle When I select photos to shuffle on the Lock Screen, I could zoom/unzoom each photo to fit on the screen. Since the last update, I can now select an album with pictures to shuffle on the Lock Screen, but it seems that I can no longer zoom/unzoom each picture. Is that normal? Thanks!

When you go to People Album under the Photos App, do you see something similar to what is shown in the pic below?
