When someone do erase content & setting the files/data delete or wipe/erase from hard disc? Can someone recover them when iphone has this erase content? It is safe to sell it? Because some people say the permany deletion stay to hard disc and is recover. Thanks

Hi pantelis134,
One of the steps when erasing a device is removing the encryption key, effectively making the encrypted user data unusable. The device then uses a new key for the new user.

Before selling your device, make sure to follow these steps to avoid selling an Activation Locked device: iPhone or iPad / Mac / Apple Watch
