That model number corresponds to a Silver 256GB iPhone 14 Pro Max manufactured for sale in the U.S. As such it supports eSim only.
If you have used it at all and placed calls and received messages, you must be using an eSim.
As mentioned, go to Settings ➜ Cellular and you should see an entry for your cellular service which would be using an eSim.
You can also go to Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ ESIM to see information about your esim.

What is the model number of your iPhone? Go to Settings>General>About>Model Number. It could be your device is from somewhere that does not provide eSIM.
Did you have one set up by your service provider?
Or were you using a physical sim perhaps?
What happens when you go to Settings ➜ Cellular / Mobile? Is the eSim not visible there?
That is an AT&T device. I would suggest that you contact them if you have a question about your eSIM.

Um... that device is eSIM ONLY. What do you mean you haven't used the eSIM? Have you used it as a phone at all?
