How to request a refund for apps or content that I bought from Apple?

I WOULD like reimbursement for Apple one for December 10-January 10 and Also January 10-February 10th $26.39 each which comes out to $52.78. AND also I cannot take off my credit card which I want off of my profile.

Hi marney18,

In some cases, it may be possible to refund your purchase through Apple. This page may help: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

To check the status of your refund, see here: Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple It may take up to 48 hours (store credit), 60 days (carrier payment) or 30 days (other method such as card) for your refund to go through, but you should get an email update within 48 hours.

If you mean that you saw an unauthorized purchase with "apple.com/bill", try to go there and resolve the issue before filing a chargeback.

If you need additional support, you can use the Get Support tool or Contact Apple for support and service to directly find support.
