Biligual Keyboard Customisation for Existing Macbook

My Boss has asked me to enquire as to whether it is possible to ask Apple to customise the keyboard on his existing Macbook. Currently he has an English keyboard and would like to now add additional Hebrew characters to the letter keys.

He doesn't want stickers - he wants to be able to have the Macbook customised for dual / bilingual usage on a daily basis.

Do Apple provide such a service, currently, please?

No, Apple does not customize keyboards. He would need to buy a machine with a hebrew keyboard, or use an external hebrew keyboard. These are hard to find outside Israel as far as I know. There are also keyboard covers which include Hebrew.
