Why is my screen time 24h for days while not being on my mac?

Hi! i recently checked my screen time and it says i've been on a website called "Zalando" from February 26th till March 12th (a full 2 weeks)

I did actually go on that website (it's an online fashion store) on march 12th but closed the tap on safari. But it says i've been on it everyday for 24h long since! Its not on my browser history except on March 12th. Is this a glitch? I don't know how this is happening.
