Speaker popping issues on Laptop
any time I use my laptop the speakers making a popping noise , a distortion of some kind.

You don't mention the exact model of the laptop, but I have found the 2013 - 2015 MacBook Pros have a high rate of failure with their internal speakers which have deteriorated over time. If you have a 2015 model, then you may be able to have an AASP replace them if the speakers are still available. Otherwise you should use external speakers or headphone/earbuds since I am not aware of anyone selling new internal speakers. All the ones I have found are used and just as old as your speakers so will likely have issues as well.
FYI, you should always mention the exact model and version of OS on your device when asking for assistance online. For a Mac computer, you can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac".
