Ok I wanted to find out if you can download iTunes to iPad 10.5 ? And back up iPhone wirelessly?

No, you cannot download iTunes to an iPad. iTunes is for a Windows computer, so that an iPad can communicate with, and be managed from, the computer.
An iPhone is backed up to the computer (via iTunes), not to an iPad.
