How to sign out without disabling Find My in iPad?

When I sign out it takes me to another screen which asks to put my password in again to turn off Find My IPad. I dont want to turn off Find My Ipad I just want to sign out ?

If you sign out of your Apple ID on the device, it will be removed from Find My. That's the way it works. A device can't be in Find My unless it's connected to an Apple ID.
