Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

Has the battery ever been replaced by Apple?

If the Battery Health in Settings/Battery is below 80%, you should get the batter replaced by Apple or an Authorised Apple Service Provider. Only they have the original spare battery for your iPhone.
