How to maintain window visibility on MacBook

Hi,

I'm currently trying to watch a lecture video in VLC and take notes in word but whenever I press the Word-window it goes to the front and hides a bit of the lecture in VLC.

Any way to keep windows like VLC on top?

After Sequoia, pages now goes to full screen I updated to Sequoia 15.0 (my Mac now says it is up to date) and I have the same problem as Brian7358. If I open a pages document and I want to move the whole document to the right side of the screen, adjusting size and position on screen so I can see all that I have on the screen, it automatically jumps into full screen mode. All I'm doing is putting the mouse arrow on the upper right corner of my document and trying to drag the document to the right, I'm not touching any of the arrows etc. The pages document jumps to full screen and I have to take time to put the mouse arrow again and make the page smaller. Is there a fix for this please?

Missing Menu bar at top in Pages I am new to Mac and have a Mac mini M4. In Pages, there is no Menu bar at the top (with File, View, etc) so I can't actually do much - even saving a file was a challenge. Have tried every solution suggested elsewhere, but nothing works. Most comments are about the bar below (with View, Zoom, Add Pages, etc on it). What about the Menu bar?

The option should be on the VLC View menu "Always on top":
