Save As Default Location MS365

When I open a MS365 files in Word or Excel, Powerpoint edit it and then want to Save As in the same a folder , the destination defaults to the oder folder, rather than the location where I opened the original file from. How can I change this so that it defaults to where the original came from?

Option for "Export to Current folder"? When I'm exporting a file, e.g. from Word to PDF, I most frequently want to export that PDF to exactly the same folder that my word doc was in. However for the drop down options on the menu it gives me only the most "recent places" as an option - which frequently doesn't include the folder I'm currently working in. Am I missing a super obvious shortcut somewhere as to how I can "export to origin folder" or a means to locate it other than going all the way through my Finder menus? Thanks

How to 'save as' in Pages? File - Save As <<<- this does NOT appear to exist in Apple Pages for MacOS yet you can do it in pretty much any other 'app that works with documents' the world over vs File - Duplicate - <change name of document in app window by clicking on the document name> - click AGAIN on the same part to then move the document to the correct place one of these is easier than the other! Why have apple chosen this method and is there a workaround?
