Poor Wi-Fi Speeds with iOS17.4

Howdy folks,

I have an iPhone 15 Pro. After the recent update to iOS 17.4, my wi-fi connection is terrible quite frequently. Signal strength is 3 out of 5 bars, but data traffic to my phone moves extremely slow. It takes 20 seconds to load a text Web page, and the Sirius XM app tells me that I'm not connected to the Internet... My iPad doesn't have this problem, but my M1 MacBook Pro does. The issue goes away for about 24-48 hours only after I power down the phone, wait for 10 seconds, then boot up again. Warm reboot or turning airplane mode on/off doesn't help. After cold boot, the wi-fi speed is back to normal for a day or two. This started happening after the update to iOS 17.4, so I don't suspect a hardware issue. I did not drop or abuse the phone. The phone is only 3 months old.

My M1 MacBook Pro with the latest Mac OS also has this issue, but to a lesser extent. My Windows and Android devices don't have any of these wi-fi issues, so I guess it's an Apple thing.

Thanks.

Same wif speed problem, except with a iPhone SE 2022 and a Apple iPad Air 5, both upgraded to IOS 17.5.1 from IOS 16.3. My connection is 1 ghz Xfinity. The speed of 800 - 900 ghz, without fail, is shown on all my connected computers, and to two other iPads and one iPhone that I all left on IOS 16.3 (OOKLA Speedtest). I have tried everything posted online, including a network reset. I can restore the speed on the two 17.5.1 devices after either a reboot, wi-fi on / off, or reset procedure, but within a period ranging from 1 hour to overnight, the speed settles back to ~185 - 210 ghz. Even router reboots are ineffective. The only logical conclusion for this scenario is a bug in the IOS 17 upgrades. If Apple techs monitor this board, please understand the despondent feeling we who are experiencing this problem have. A diligent investigation of this issue would be much appreciated!
