I sell furniture on several online platforms. Each item has its own album allocated in Photos. When selecting 'load images' on the platforms the individual albums within photos do not show. This has been the case since I bought a new iMac a month ago. A real nuisance.

Nice looking stools! And you're right-- this is flakey. The web sites should upgrade to include the change, but most haven't, and maybe never will. The best option is to take advantage of the Search field that's at the top:
If you use the album title, that may get you the pictures in the album, but there may be other similar ones. I imagine if you search for "oval golden" you may get "golden oval," as well.
I include something like the album title in my captions (because they show up on the iPad), so I'm not sure which thing Search responds to. Using Keywords seems to work, so you might select all in an album and add the album name as a keyword, or something like that. But the Search field is very helpful.

That's been a shortcoming of Photos for a couple of iterations now. My workaround is to add a unique keyword to those photos I want to upload to the website and search for that keyword in the upload browser window:
Then after you've uploaded the photos delete the keyword from those photos.
