Location history of my iPhone

If you are signed into a Google account on your iPhone and you've enabled the feature with Google, you may be able to see your location information through Google. Consult their help documents for more information.

This is not possible using an Apple service or app.

That's not a feature your iPhone can provide. There is one entity who knows where you've been every minute of every day and that is your carrier. You could ask them if they would be willing to share your travels with you. They may not be willing to, but they're your only option if you need the information.
