Can I recover a recently deleted draft email from mail on MacBook

I recently deleted a draft email that had been moved by mistake to the bin. Can I retrieve this email. As it was a draft it hadn’t been sent.

My wife was proof reading the draft and hit delete while trying to make an edit. I found the mail in the bin but did not move it back to the draft folder. I then stupidly made the exact same mistake and hit delete trying to make the same edit.

Maybe: Recover all your files from a Time Machine backup

I suggest restoring a Local Snapshot: About Time Machine local snapshots on Mac - Apple Support. Restoring a Local Snapshot requires that you select the Mac's own startup disk (usually named "Macintosh HD") for the restore source — not the Time Machine backup disk.

Local Snapshots will cease to be a recovery option after about 24 hours so don't wait.
