I have a monitor that I use when working with my Mac like it is a desktop. I would like to use it in clamshell mode but, I am worried that because of the way the cooling is designed (hot air is blown on to the screen) it may damage the mini led panel behind the glass due to heat. Is this a relevant concern while working or is it okay?
(I use my computer for an average of 4 hours a day like this.)

Airflow is out the back... if it comes up the screen as you describe, then with the screen closed more air would go straight out the back— so I do not understand the logic.
