Are Zeiss lens wipes safe for my MacBook Pro screen?

Accidentally used a Zeiss lens wipe on the screen of my 2023 Macbook Pro. Didn't know at the time that the chemicals in the wipes can potentially damage the monitor. I did this about 2 weeks ago and haven't noticed anything wrong with my screen so far, but for whatever reason I'm anxious about it. Should I get it checked out or should I not even bother?
