I would like to try Apple TV for one month only , as going abroad for three months, that means I will not benefit from the 3 months free trial or is it best to wait until I come back to the UK?

If this is in regard to the offer from Apple (not from a partnering company), then that offer has to be redeemed within the first 90 days. It wouldn’t be valid anymore when you get back in the described timeframe.
