Menu bar does not show all icons

On a MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2024), not all icons are shown when running programs. How do I see the VPN app icon, it is running but the icon is not visible.

As I do have a camera in the middle, it cuts all remaining icons.

I'm not able to rearrange icons as I do not see the icon I need.

The missing icon is VPN app icon and I'm not able to connect to VPN any other way. The app doesn't have any additional UI.

I can't believe this has passed UI/UX testing, even Windows solve this problem by adding arrow icon where it displays all icons that didn't make it into layout.

Could someone look at it? It's blocking me in my work.
