Question

Photo library won't open after restore

I have downloaded my photo library from the cloud. I can see it has 50.3gb of data in the library, however, when I open it in Photos the library appears empty and I can see no photos. Help!

Did you hold down the Option Key while starting the Photos App, to be able to choose your downloaded photo library?

Can you see your photos if you log into your iCloud account and open the photo app?

Which system version is running on your Mac?

Where ist the downloaded library stored?

Thanks, I have now tried that and it loads up, but shows no pictures at all.
