How to recover deleted videos not been backed up iPhone

Did you read this thread, where it has been answered multiple times.

To summarize:

If you permanently deleted photos/videos and you never backed them up anywhere, you CANNOT recover them, because they don't exist anywhere.

How to recover permanently deleted videos on iPhone can be challenging, but there are some methods you can try. Here are some steps you can follow to recover permanently deleted videos on iPhone:

Method 1: Check your Recently Deleted folder Your accidentally deleted videos may still be in the Recently Deleted folder on your iPhone. This folder stores deleted files for up to 30 days before permanently deleting them. Follow these steps to check the Recently Deleted folder:

It's worth checking the Recently Deleted folder – but if photos or videos are there, then, by definition, they're not permanently deleted.

Read this thread from the beginning and see if any of the suggestions help. However, in all likelihood, the video is gone. That's what "permanently deleted" means.

Thanks for the recommendation, I will try the second method later!

Unfortunately, that second method says you will see a list of backups to choose from and you can select a date before your video was deleted and that is not true. You will see one backup and each new backup overwrites the previous one.

OK. Then your video is gone. What’s your question?
