I like to find out if the journal with recently came out on the iPhone will be available for the iPad

No, it's not. You can let Apple know it's something you'd like them to consider here:
Meanwhile, there are lots of (in my opinon better) journal apps that work on the iPad. Day One is my app of choice. You can also use something like Notes.
