Connection problems with my new iPods Pro 2nd gen

I purchased on February a brand new, in original packaging, a set of iPods pro 2nd gen on eBay. After all the settings steps were doneI have noticed that when I change from iPhone to iPad or Mac, the connection is unsuccessful.

I need almost all the time to re-connect the iPods, or reset them because, they appear in the BT devices list but despite of opening the case and showing the iPods icons in the device, in reality there is no connection.

I have a set of Pro 1st gen and an older 2nd gen iPods that do not behave like that; they can automatically go from one device to the other and connect as soon as they show up in the IOS device screen.

I also noticed that the battery in this set seem to discharge faster. It shows that Apple is available until July 2025.

What can I do?

This is an update to my own question posted before regarding my new set of AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I have the duty to post this to notify all forum members of what is happening there with these devices.

Because the pods continued to give me problems, I decided to contact Apple support and I was sent to the authorized service in my town (BestBuy) for inspection. They tested them and examined very closely arriving to the diagnosis that my set of AirPods was an imitation; fake devices that I purchased at a discount price on eBay.

you will find a lot of information online like YouTube. These are an almost perfect imitation of the legitimate devices, including the box, documentation, serial number, etc, etc. Almost perfect except in the electronics, the reason they fail connecting and handling the devices audio. They show normal in the BT connection but that is misleading. BEWARE OF CHEAPER AIPODS PRO 2ND GEN, SPECIALLY FROM EBAY.
